SIUDP
For the Sikkim Integrated Urban Development Project we are building the official public website and the secure administration portal behind it — deployed inside SIUDP’s own on-premises server environment, so the servers, database, credentials, and citizen data never leave government control.
Tender notices, reports, project updates, and public notices are created, approved, and published by SIUDP staff through role-based workflows — with no developer in the loop for routine updates.
The public can lodge a grievance with location and contact details and track it by reference. Internally it is assigned, updated, responded to, and closed on the record.
Next.js and FastAPI running against SIUDP’s existing on-premises database, with the information architecture and accessibility aligned to GIGW 3.0, WCAG, RTI, and DPDP requirements.
