Vision & mission

One M Solution is structured to become a parent company rather than an agency: a portfolio of products underneath it, and a single technical standard running through all of them.

The vision.

01 / Vision
Vision statement

To be the parent of a family of products — SaaS and non-SaaS alike — connected by one engineering spine into a technical ecosystem that works across borders.

One M Solution is not built to be an agency that takes the next brief. It is built to become a house: a portfolio of products we own, each standing on its own, each sharing the engineering, operations, and standard behind the others. Built across Kathmandu and the United States, and designed to travel further.

01
A house of products

Not one flagship and a long tail of client work — a portfolio, where each product is expected to carry its own weight and outlive the engagement that started it.

02
SaaS and non-SaaS

Some of what we own is software sold by subscription. Some of it is an operation with software inside it. We are deliberately not limited to one shape of business.

03
One technical ecosystem

Shared infrastructure, shared components, shared operating discipline. What we solve once for one product becomes the head start for the next.

04
International by design

Nepal is the market we know hardest, so products prove themselves there first — but with a US base and US clients from early on, they are architected, priced, and documented to work in both from day one.

The mission.

02 / Mission

To build, own, and run a growing portfolio of software — proving each product in the market before we move to the next.

Client work funds the house and sharpens the craft. Our own products prove we can carry an outcome all the way, not just deliver against a spec. Both feed the same standard.

Planning the next build
Deciding what goes in the house next
01
Build our own

Every year, one more product that belongs to us — funded, shipped, and operated in-house.

02
Build with clients

Contract builds and embedded operations that pay for the house and keep us honest about what real businesses need.

03
Run what we build

Ownership does not end at launch. We stay for the part where software meets the people who depend on it.

04
Grow past one market

Take what works in Nepal and make it work in the US and beyond — the same product, not a diluted export.
