An open-shape role for someone early on: part junior product analyst, part junior developer, and some weeks neither. You'll work on the SaaS products we're building in-house, and go where the work is — a backend ticket one day, an operations problem the next. It's unpaid, and we're upfront about that: what you get instead is real scope, direct access to the directors, and shipped work you can point at.

- Write specs, chase the numbers, and sit in on discovery like a junior product analyst.
- Pick up backend or frontend tickets on the weeks the build needs hands.
