One M Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a software company based in Kathmandu, Nepal and the United States. This policy covers www.1m-solution.com and the enquiries we receive through it. It does not cover software we build and operate for clients — those systems have their own arrangements, and the client is normally the data controller for them.

If you want to reach a person about anything on this page, write to contact@1m-solution.com.

Only two things, and only one of them identifies you.

• —Information you send us through the contact form or by email — your name, company, email address, the type of enquiry, and whatever you write in the message.
• —Anonymous, aggregated usage analytics for the website itself: page views, referrer, approximate country, and device type. This is collected through Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not build a cross-site profile of you.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not use third-party marketing pixels on this site.

Enquiry details are used to answer you, and to carry on the conversation if it turns into a piece of work. That is the entire purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

Analytics are used to understand which pages are worth keeping and which are not.

• —Enquiries that do not become work: kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
• —Enquiries that become an engagement: kept for the life of the engagement and for as long afterwards as our accounting and legal obligations require.
• —Analytics: retained in aggregate only, with no way to trace a record back to an individual.

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, and only for the purpose of running this site and our correspondence:

• —Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
• —Our email provider — receiving and storing correspondence sent to us.

We do not share enquiry details with anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless we are legally required to.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us and we will act on it — there is no form and no process to navigate.

You can also simply email us directly instead of using the form, if you would rather not submit anything through the website.

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is held in systems protected by access controls and limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but the amount of personal data this website holds is deliberately small, which is the most effective protection available.

If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not quietly broaden the scope of what we do with your data.
